1. Ordering & Pricing

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock or if there is a pricing error. All prices are in BDT.

2. Delivery

We use third-party delivery services like Steadfast Courier. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances in Bangladesh.

3. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
