- • Inside Dhaka: ৳80 (24-48 Hours Delivery)
- • Outside Dhaka: ৳150 (48-72 Hours Delivery via Steadfast)
- • Tracking: You will receive a tracking ID once your order is handed over to Steadfast Courier.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:
- Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Keep the original packaging and tags intact.
- Send us clear photos/videos of the defect via WhatsApp or Email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via original payment method or bKash/Nagad within 7-10 working days.
